Family Law
We provide advice and representation on all family law issues including Guardianship, Custody, Access, Maintenance, Legal Separation, Separation Agreements, Divorce, Nullity, Domestic Violence, Adoption, Child Law, International Law and Family Law rights. We have significant experience of representing parties in courts of all levels throughout Ireland. Where clients desire to avoid the court process we are trained in and have experience in Collaborative Law & Mediation.
Employment Law
We provide advice and representation on all employment law issues including Contracts of Employment, Leave Entitlements, Unfair Dismissal, Disciplinary Procedures, Equality and Discrimination, Workplace Policies and Procedures, Bullying and Harassment, Health and Safety in the Workplace, Redundancy and Employment Law rights. We have significant experience of representing employers and employees in various forums such as the Rights Commissioner Service, the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Courts.
Personal Injuries Litigation
We advise and represent clients in personal injuries actions where a person suffers injuries and losses as a result of an accident such as a road traffic accident or an accident at work. We make applications to the Injuries Board for compensation on behalf of clients. We have significant experience of representing clients in the District, Circuit and High Court.
Health Services
We have significant experience of health law in Ireland, having represented the Health Service Executive for a number of years. We advise on issues such as Child Care Law, Wards of Court, Medical Law, Consent, Mental Health Law, Disability, Environmental Health Law, Care of the Elderly and Administrative Law.
Property Transactions
We act on behalf of persons who are buying, selling, remortgaging or letting their property or dealing with it in any other way. We offer practical advice so as to guide the client through the transaction. We advise on property ownership, planning, landlord and tenant relationships, taxation issues, finance and examination of title.
Wills and Probate
We draft wills and trusts and advise on inheritance rights and estate planning. We also advise on obtaining Grants of Probate and Grants of Administration. Where there is a dispute concerning the estate of a deceased person we can advise on legal rights and litigation concerning the estate. We also advise on wardship proceedings, guardianship of children and enduring powers of attorney.
Sports Law
We have experience of advising Clubs and Associations on a variety of legal issues affecting them. We advise on Constitutions, Rules and Regulations, Licensing Laws, Disciplinary Procedures, Employment Law and Internal Disputes. We have particular experience of representing sports persons, clubs and associations in the conduct of disciplinary hearings.
